Corruption of Text. The Contractor delivers a blue line page that includes text that is corrupted or does not otherwise match the text delivered by the Agency to the Contractor for production of the blue line pages. This Subparagraph 4 does not apply if the corruption of the text is due to the Agency's use of technology or procedures to produce or transmit information to the Contractor for the production of the blue line pages.
