Subparagraph 4 Sample Clauses

Subparagraph 4. Distribution Benefit, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Subparagraph 4. A. of the LEASE IS hereby deleted and the following subparagraph substituted there for: SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT AMENDMENT A.. In the event this LEASE is terminated by LESSOR with respect to only a portion of the Premises, then Rent shall accrue at the full amount through the effective date of such partial termination, and thereafter, commencing on the date after the effective date of such partial termination, the Rent shall be reduced by the pro-rated amount of Rent applicable to the acreage of that portion of the Premises no longer subject to this LEASE. As used in this subparagraph 4.A., the term "Restudy" shall mean and refer to the Central and Southern Florida Project Comprehensive Review Study authorized by Federal law, including Section 309(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992, P.L. 102-580, and 2 Resolutions of the Committee on Public Works and Transportation, U.S. House of Representatives, dated September 24, 1992, and Section 528 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996, P.L. 104-303 and further acts of Congress authorizing implementation thereof."

Subparagraph 4. 1.4.3 of the Credit Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Subparagraph 4. B.1.c: All-risk course of construction insurance amount is 100% of the completed value of the work to be done under this contract. Deductible is $10,000.

Subparagraph 4. A.1. entitled “Annual Salary” shall be deleted in its entirety and the following new paragraph substituted in its place:
