Common use of Corrosion Clause in Contracts

Corrosion. (a) The Aircraft shall be in compliance with the Manufacturer’s CPCP document, the CPCP requirements of the Maintenance Planning Document and FAA CPCP airworthiness directive requirements. (b) The entire fuselage will be substantially free from corrosion and all mild and moderate corrosion found will be adequately cleaned and treated and all severe or exfoliated corrosion shall be repaired in accordance with the Manufacturer’s structural repair manual.
