Correction of Software errors. 4.1 Activ may, at its sole discretion, correct software errors by “patch” or by new version, or Activ may replace software with different software of equivalent functionality. 4.2 Where it does not materially impact on the operation of the system, Activ may specify workarounds as solutions to specific problems.
