Corporation Reserved Rights. Corporation reserves, on its own behalf and on behalf of its shareholders, the right to elect, from time to time, any person to its Board, to appoint any person as an officer of Corporation, and to remove any officer or director, including Executive, in any manner and upon the basis or bases presently or subsequently provided for by its articles of incorporation and bylaws. Nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to constitute any restriction on the authority, discretion, or power of the Board, but rather will only give Executive contractual rights and remedies.
