Common use of Corporation Equipment Clause in Contracts

Corporation Equipment. If Corporation furnishes any equipment to Contractor to utilize during the duration of this Contract, equipment may only be used once Contractor has supplied associated safety documentation and signed Corporation’s equipment liability waiver. Corporation will not allow Contractor to utilize Corporation’s equipment unless Contractor accepts full responsibility for properly training all of its personnel who will utilize the equipment.
