Common use of Corporate Customers Clause in Contracts

Corporate Customers. If you are not a consumer, (being an individual acting for purposes other than a trade, business or profession) Micro-Enterprise or a charity with an annual income of less than 1 million GBP, we consider you to be a “Corporate Customer” and certain provisions of the Payment Services Directive may be disapplied for your use of the Service. In such cases you warrant and represent to PayPal that at the time you entered into this Agreement or any other relevant service terms, you are a Corporate Customer and hereby agree that the following sections of this Agreement will be varied as follows:
