CORKAGE. All alcohol is to be supplied to the Venue by the Client and is subject to a per head corkage fee to be advised by the Company at the time of quoting.

CORKAGE. Employees will be entitled to a gratuity on the retail value of the house wine and well brand liquor prices. One hundred (100%) of the gratuity will be distributed in accordance with Article 35.07.
CORKAGE. The Client may not bring food or drink onto the Premises without prior written consent of the Club. Where the Club agrees to such requests, a charge will be made at a level to be determined by the Club.

In the case of Speciality Events, The Client is responsible for ensuring that their catering contractor has sufficient staff in place to serve drinks to their guests - no bottles of spirits are allowed to be placed in such locations as to allow guests of The Client to serve themselves - should The Client wish The Company to provide staff in order to serve alcohol to tables once dispensed, such staffing is subject to the Terms and Conditions laid out below:

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
