CORKAGE. All alcohol is to be supplied to the Venue by the Client and is subject to a per head corkage fee to be advised by the Company at the time of quoting.
CORKAGE. 5.1. Corkage only allowed by the Kraal Restaurant on Red, White and Sparkling Wines.
5.2. Any special requirements regarding Bar facilities must be made by the Client in writing and approved by the Kraal Restaurant. All requests for special beverage orders must be submitted by the Client and approved by the Kraal Restaurant by no later than seven (7) days before the date of the Event.
5.3. The Client must make full payment upfront for all special and approved orders.
5.4. All prices for any special orders shall be subject to availability and may change without prior notice to the Clients.
5.5. Alcohol brought onto the premises without written consent from the Kraal Restaurant's Senior Management will be confiscated by the Kraal Restaurant and shall not be returned to the Client.
5.6. The Client shall not consume any alcohol provided to it by the Kraal Restaurant outside of the premises or in the Kraal Restaurant's parking area and public areas.
5.7. Should the Client or any guest of the Client be found drinking alcohol in the Kraal Restaurant parking area, such person shall be immediately requested to leave the premises and the Client shall be immediately required to pay an amount of six thousand rand (R6 000) to the Kraal Restaurant, which amount may be deducted from the deposit amount held by the Kraal Restaurant.
CORKAGE. Patrons shall be required to pay corkage and a gratuity of fifteen percent (15%). The Union is prepared to allow a special rate for corkage only of ten percent (I 0%) for up to five (5) charitable/promotional functions per year. The Company shall notify the Union, in advance, which functions qualify as charitable/promotional.

CORKAGE. Employees will be entitled to a gratuity equivalent to 18% on the retail value of the house wine and well brand liquor prices. The gratuity will be distributed in accordance with Article 35.07..
CORKAGE. In circumstances where The Client wishes to provide their own alcohol for The Event, The Company will charge a corkage fee as set out below: - for any event with 450 attendees or less, a charge of £2500 inclusive of VAT will be made - for any event with 451 attendees or more, a charge of £2900 inclusive of VAT will be made The provision of a corkage facility at The Hotel is subject to the following conditions: - due to licensing regulations, only staff employed or contracted directly by The Company will be allowed to dispense alcohol and such will be dispensed from one of The Hotel’s bars - once dispensed, if alcohol is required to be served to guests ie served to tables, The Client is responsible for arranging appropriate staffing in order to serve their guests. In the case of Speciality Events, The Client is responsible for ensuring that their catering contractor has sufficient staff in place to serve drinks to their guests - no bottles of spirits are allowed to be placed in such locations as to allow guests of The Client to serve themselves - should The Client wish The Company to provide staff in order to serve alcohol to tables once dispensed, such staffing is subject to the Terms and Conditions laid out below:
o 1 member of staff will be provided per 30 guests attending The Event o staff members are charged at a rate of £15.00 per staff member per hour o the minimum length of shift for contracting any staff member is five hours
CORKAGE. The Client may not bring food or drink onto the Premises without prior written consent of the Club. Where the Club agrees to such requests, a charge will be made at a level to be determined by the Club.
CORKAGE. When corkage is charged the gratuity will be based o n the retail value of the house wine and liquor prices. Every reasonable effort will be made to charge the corkage and distribute the full amount to bargaining unit employees.
