Copies of Non-Confidential Materials. Upon a two (2) work day notice and payment of actual costs, copies of non- confidential material in personnel files shall be provided to the faculty member. Confidential materials that would not be available to copy include materials from other colleges and places of employment marked “confidential.” Employers’ and/or personal references may be considered confidential.
