Common use of Coordinator Clause in Contracts

Coordinator. 5.6.1 Only a full-time or regular part-time faculty employee may be appointed as a coordinator. The appointment shall normally be one working year in length commencing August 1st. The specific duties and associated release time shall be mutually agreed upon by the faculty employee and his/her Xxxx/Director/ Regional Director. The faculty employee shall receive a letter of appointment outlining all conditions and responsibilities of the position; additional duties not specified in the letter of appointment shall not be assigned. A copy of this letter will be given to the Faculty Association. Any subsequent agreements will also be copied to the Faculty Association. Failure of the faculty employee to notify the President, or his/her designate, within five (5) calendar days from the date of offer means the appointment offer has been rejected.
