Coordination of DIF Improvements. Construction of the DIF Improvements shall include any transitions and/or other incidental work deemed necessary for drainage or public safety, as shown more specifically for the applicable DIF Improvements. Tri Pointe shall be responsible for the replacement, relocation, or removal of any component of any existing public or private improvement in conflict with the construction or installation of the DIF Improvements, to the extent that Tri Pointe is permitted to do so, with such cooperation as may be necessary from the City, including, but not limited to, condemnation proceedings. Such replacement, relocation, or removal shall be performed to the satisfaction of City, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed, and Tri Pointe shall make commercially reasonable efforts in coordinating with private owners of such improvements, if any.

HWY 243 I.C. shall be responsible for the replacement, relocation, or removal of any component of any existing public or private improvement in conflict with the construction or installation of the DIF Improvements, to the extent that HWY 243 I.C. is permitted to do so, with such cooperation as may be necessary from the City and Caltrans District 8, including, but not limited to, condemnation proceedings. Such replacement, relocation, or removal shall be performed to the satisfaction of City.

Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos. The owners furnish linens and towels. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
