The Refers to the activities involved in determining Medicaid benefits when a member an enrollee has coverage through an individual, entity, insurance, or program that is liable to pay for health care services. Co-payment* – Any cost sharing payment for which the enrollee is responsible, in accordance with 42 C.F.R. §447.50 and Section 5006 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) for Native American members.
