Coordination of Auditors’ Opinions. The Company will use its commercially reasonable efforts to enable its independent certified public accountants (the “Company Auditors”) to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on the Company’s audited annual financial statements on the same date that GE’s independent certified public accountants (the “GE Auditors”) date their opinion on the GE Annual Statements, and to enable GE to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the GE Annual Statements.
Coordination of Auditors’ Opinions. The Company will use its reasonable best efforts to enable its independent certified public accountants (the “Company Auditors”) to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on the Company’s audited annual financial statements on the same date that Genworth independent certified public accountants (the “Genworth Auditors”) date their opinion on the Genworth Annual Statements, and to enable Genworth to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the Genworth Annual Statements.

Genworth will use its commercially reasonable efforts to enable its independent certified public accountants (the “Genworth Auditors”) to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on Genworth’s audited annual financial statements on the same date that GE independent certified public accountants (the “GE Auditors”) date their opinion on the GE Annual Statements, and to enable GE to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the GE Annual Statements.
Coordination of Auditors’ Opinions. Notwithstanding any other provisions hereof, for so long as the Company qualifies as a “significant investee” (as defined in Rule 3-09 of Regulation S-X under the Securities Act) of GE, (i) the Company will use its commercially reasonable efforts to enable the Company Auditors to complete their audit and issue their opinion on the Audited Financial Statements in sufficient time to enable GE to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the GE Annual Statements, and (ii) the Company and GE shall coordinate timing of their respective audits to allow for the aforementioned timely filing and communication of the GE Annual Statements.
Coordination of Auditors’ Opinions. OWW will use its best efforts to enable its independent certified public accountants (the “OWW Auditors”) to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on OWW’s audited annual financial statements on the same date that Travelport independent certified public accountants (the “Travelport Auditors”) date their opinion on any Travelport Affiliated Group member’s preparation of its audited annual financial statements and its Annual Reports to Shareholders (collectively the “Travelport Annual Statements”), and to enable Travelport to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the Travelport Annual Statements.
Coordination of Auditors’ Opinions. The Company will use its best efforts to enable its independent certified public accountants (the "Company Auditors") to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on the Company's audited annual financial statements (the "Company Annual Financial Statements") on the same date that AMHC independent certified public accountants (the "AMHC Auditors") date their opinion on the AMHC Annual Statements, and to enable AMHC to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the AMHC Annual Statements.
Coordination of Auditors’ Opinions. Primerica will use good faith efforts to enable its independent certified public accountants (the “Primerica Auditors”) to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on Primerica’s Annual Financial Statements on the same date that Citigroup’s independent certified public accountants (the “Citigroup Auditors”) date their opinion on Citigroup’s audited annual financial statements and its Annual Reports to Shareholders (collectively “the Citigroup Annual Statements”), and to enable Citigroup to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the Citigroup Annual Statements.
Coordination of Auditors’ Opinions. AFG shall use its best ---------------------------------- efforts to (i) enable its independent certified public accountants (the "AFG --- Auditors") to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on the -------- AFG Annual Financial Statements on the same date that PLMI independent certified public accountants (the "PLMI Auditors") date their opinion on the PLMI Annual ------------- Statements and (ii) enable PLMI to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemina tion of the PLMI Annual Statements.
Coordination of Auditors’ Opinions. Genworth Canada will use its commercially reasonable efforts to enable its independent certified public accountants (the “Genworth Canada Auditors”) to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on Genworth Canada’s audited annual financial statements on the same date that the Genworth Financial Auditors date their opinion on the audited annual financial statements of Genworth Financial, and to enable Genworth Financial to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the audited annual financial statements of Genworth Financial.
