Coordination of Auditors’ Opinions. The Company will use its reasonable best efforts to enable its independent certified public accountants (the “Company Auditors”) to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on the Company’s audited annual financial statements on the same date that Genworth independent certified public accountants (the “Genworth Auditors”) date their opinion on the Genworth Annual Statements, and to enable Genworth to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the Genworth Annual Statements.
