Coordination Fee. Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per hour (capped at $20,000.00) for time actually expended and documented by Landlord in connection with the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements, which Coordination Fee shall be for services relating to the coordination of the construction of the Tenant Improvements and for the review of Tenant’s plans and drawings as referenced in Section 3 above, which amount shall be charged against the Tenant Improvement Allowance.
Coordination Fee. In consideration of Landlord’s coordination of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant shall pay Landlord a fee (the “Coordination Fee”) in an amount equal to the lesser of (i) 2% of the cost of the Tenant Improvement Work; and (ii) $10,000.00.
Coordination Fee. Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the "Coordination Fee") to Landlord in an amount equal to the product of (i) one percent (1%), and (ii) the sum of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, the Over-Allowance Amount, as such amount may be increased hereunder, and any other amounts expended by Tenant in connection with the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements, which Coordination Fee shall be for services relating to the coordination of the construction of the Tenant Improvements and shall be deducted by Landlord from the Tenant Improvement Allowance.
Coordination Fee. With respect to the Tenant Improvements for all of the Construction Premises, Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) in the aggregate, which Coordination Fee shall be deducted from the Tenant Improvement Allowance for each applicable Construction Premises in an amount equal to the product of (a) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of square feet of Rentable Area in such applicable Construction Premises, and the denominator of which shall be the number of square feet of Rentable Area contained in the entire Premises.
Coordination Fee. The Company must pay to the Coordinators for their own account coordination fees in the amount and manner agreed in the Fee Letter between the Coordinators and the Company.
Coordination Fee. Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to the product of (i) one percent (1%), and (ii) the sum of the TI Allowance. Landlord shall be entitled to charge the amount of the Coordination Fee against the Landlord TI Amount required to be contributed by Landlord hereunder, or if funds are not available from the Landlord TI Amount for such purposes, Tenant will pay such amounts within twenty (20) days following delivery of Landlord’s invoice.

Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the "Coordination Fee") to Landlord in an amount equal to the product of (i) three percent (3%), and (ii) the sum of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, the Over-Allowance Amount, as such amount may be increased hereunder, and any other amounts expended by Tenant in connection with the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements, which Coordination Fee shall be for services relating to the coordination of the construction of the Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall be entitled to charge the amount of the Coordination Fee against the Tenant Improvement Allowance required to be contributed by Landlord hereunder, or if funds are not available from the Tenant Improvement Allowance for such purposes, Tenant will pay such amounts within twenty (20) days following delivery of Landlord's invoice.

Coordination Fee. Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to the product of (i) five percent (5%), and (ii) the sum of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, the Over-Allowance Amount, as such amount may be increased hereunder, and any other amounts expended by Tenant in connection with the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements, which Coordination Fee shall be for services relating to the coordination of the construction of the Tenant Improvements. In addition to the Coordination Fee and other amounts payable by Tenant hereunder, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for amounts paid by Landlord for the review of Tenant’s plans and drawings as referenced in Section 3 above, which amounts shall be charged against the Tenant Improvement Allowance. In the event that Legacy Partners CDS, Inc. is selected as the Contractor, then no Coordination Fee will be charged by Landlord in connection with the Tenant Improvements.
Coordination Fee. The Borrower shall pay to Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking a coordination fee in the amount and at the times agreed in the Coordination Fee Letter.
