Coordination Fee. Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per hour (capped at $20,000.00) for time actually expended and documented by Landlord in connection with the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements, which Coordination Fee shall be for services relating to the coordination of the construction of the Tenant Improvements and for the review of Tenant’s plans and drawings as referenced in Section 3 above, which amount shall be charged against the Tenant Improvement Allowance.

Coordination Fee. In consideration of Landlord’s coordination of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant shall pay Landlord a fee (the “Coordination Fee”) in an amount equal to the lesser of (i) 2% of the cost of the Tenant Improvement Work; and (ii) $10,000.00.

In addition to the Coordination Fee and other amounts payable by Tenant hereunder, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for amounts paid by Landlord for the review of Tenant’s plans and drawings as referenced in Section 3 above, which amounts shall be charged against the Tenant Improvement Allowance. In the event that Legacy Partners CDS, Inc. is selected as the Contractor, then no Coordination Fee will be charged by Landlord in connection with the Tenant Improvements.
Coordination Fee. The Borrower shall pay to Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking a coordination fee in the amount and at the times agreed in the Coordination Fee Letter.
