Common use of Coordination Fee Clause in Contracts

Coordination Fee. Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to the product of (i) one percent (1%), and (ii) the sum of the TI Allowance. Landlord shall be entitled to charge the amount of the Coordination Fee against the Landlord TI Amount required to be contributed by Landlord hereunder, or if funds are not available from the Landlord TI Amount for such purposes, Tenant will pay such amounts within twenty (20) days following delivery of Landlord’s invoice.
