Common use of Coordination Fee Clause in Contracts

Coordination Fee. In consideration of Landlord’s coordination of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant shall pay Landlord a fee (the “Coordination Fee”) in an amount equal to the lesser of (i) 2% of the cost of the Tenant Improvement Work; and (ii) $10,000.00.

Coordination Fee.
