Common use of Coordination Fee Clause in Contracts

Coordination Fee. In consideration of Landlord’s coordination of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant shall pay Landlord a fee (the “Coordination Fee”) in an amount equal to the lesser of (i) 2% of the cost of the Tenant Improvement Work; and (ii) $10,000.00.

Coordination Fee. In consideration of Landlord’s coordination of Landlord shall be entitled to be paid, from the Tenant Improvement WorkAllowance, Tenant shall pay Landlord a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to the lesser product of (i) two percent (2% of %), and (ii) the cost portion of the Tenant Improvement Work; and Allowance actually used for Tenant Improvements (ii) $10,000.00but not any portion applied to Base Rent, if any), as such amount may be increased or decreased hereunder, which Coordination Fee shall be for services relating to the coordination of the construction of the Tenant Improvements.
