Common use of Coordination Fee Clause in Contracts

Coordination Fee. With respect to the Tenant Improvements for all of the Construction Premises, Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) in the aggregate, which Coordination Fee shall be deducted from the Tenant Improvement Allowance for each applicable Construction Premises in an amount equal to the product of (a) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of square feet of Rentable Area in such applicable Construction Premises, and the denominator of which shall be the number of square feet of Rentable Area contained in the entire Premises.
