Coordination Fee. The Company shall pay to the Council a Coordination Fee in respect of the internal administrative costs of the Council arising on the first occasion that the Council follows the process set out in paragraphs 3 to 7 (inclusive) of this Schedule, at the point of the process in paragraph 3 commences.
