Common use of Cooperative Agreement Clause in Contracts

Cooperative Agreement. Contractor agrees that during the term of this Agreement and any authorized extension, the Director of Purchasing may allow other public agencies or non-profits made up of multiple public agencies to utilize this Agreement to obtain some or all of the Services and/or commodities to be provided by Contractor under the same terms and conditions as the City, pursuant to a Board of Supervisor Resolution.
