Common use of Cooperation with Investigations Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Investigations. You agree to cooperate with us in the review or investigation of any transactions, poor quality transmissions or claims, including, without limitation, by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of checks in your possession and your records relating to checks and transmissions.

Cooperation with Investigations. You understand and agree to that you will cooperate with us in the review or regarding any investigation of any unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions transmissions, and resolution of claims. Such cooperation may include providing to us an original check or claims, including, without limitation, by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals copy thereof when such original check or copies of checks copy thereof is in your possession and your possession, or any records relating to such checks or transmission. You agree that the provision of an original check, copy thereof, or any record will be upon our request and transmissionsat your expense.
