Cooperation of Lenders. Each Lender shall (a) promptly notify the other Lenders and the Agent of any Event of Default known to such Lender under this Agreement and not reasonably believed to have been previously disclosed to the other Lenders; (b) provide the other Lenders and the Agent with such information and documentation as such other Lenders or the Agent shall reasonably request in the performance of their respective duties hereunder, including, without limitation, all information relative to the outstanding balance of principal, interest and other sums owed to such Lender by the Borrower; and (c) cooperate with the Agent with respect to any and all collections and/or foreclosure procedures at any time commenced against the Borrower or otherwise in respect of the Collateral by the Agent in the name and on behalf of the Lenders.

Cooperation of Lenders. The Administrative Agent and the Documentation Agent shall provide the other Lenders with such information and documentation as such other Lender shall reasonably request relating to the performance of its duties hereunder, including all information relative to the outstanding balance of principal, interest and other sums owed to such other Lenders by Borrower; and cooperate with the other Lenders with respect to any and all collections and/or foreclosure procedures at any time commenced against Borrower or otherwise in respect of the Collateral on behalf of the Lenders.
