Common use of Cooldown Clause in Contracts

Cooldown. Containers returned by Buyer with inner vessel temperatures above -425o F (20 oK) will be assessed cooldown charges. Buyer shall pay the charges assessed by the Third-Party T▇▇▇▇▇ for providing the cooldown service on the empty” Container. A schedule of currently applicable charges is included in Exhibit A.
