Cooldown. Containers returned by Buyer with inner vessel temperatures above -425o F (20 oK) will be assessed cooldown charges. The Third-Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not be obligated to fill Containers that arrive at the Tolling Facility with impurities of 400 ppm or greater.
