Common use of Conveyance on Termination Clause in Contracts

Conveyance on Termination. At the closing of any expiration or termination of the Lease Agreement, the Agency shall, upon receipt of the amounts payable pursuant to Section 11.2 hereof, deliver to the Company all necessary documents, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agency (i) to terminate this Lease Agreement and the Company Lease and to convey the Equipment to the Company, subject in each case only to the following:
