Conveyance on default where any Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other Creditor, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the Agent, such form of conveyance of such Ship as the Agent may require;
Conveyance on default. Where the Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power conferred by the Security Documents, the relevant Owner shall, upon the Agent’s request, immediately execute such form of transfer of title to the Ship as the Agent may require.
Conveyance on default where the Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in this Deed or otherwise conferred on the Mortgagee, to execute, forthwith upon request by the Mortgagee, such form of conveyance of the Ship as the Mortgagee may require;
Conveyance on default procure that the Owner where the Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the Mortgage or otherwise conferred on the Security Trustee, to execute, forthwith upon request by the Security Trustee, such form of conveyance of the Ship as the Security Trustee may require;
Conveyance on default where the Vessel is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power conferred on the Bank, execute, forthwith upon request by the Bank, such form of conveyance of the Vessel as the Bank may require;
Conveyance on default. Following the occurrence of an Event of Default which is continuing, where the Vessel is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power conferred by the Security Documents, the Borrower shall, upon the Facility Agent’s request, immediately execute such form of transfer of title to the Lampung FSRU as the Facility Agent may require.
Conveyance on default procure that, where any Newbuilding is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment or otherwise conferred on the Bank, the relevant Newbuilding Owner will execute, forthwith upon request by the Bank, such form of conveyance of such Newbuilding as the Bank may require;
Conveyance on default. Where a Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power conferred by the Security Documents, the relevant Upstream Guarantor shall, upon the Security Trustee's request, immediately execute such form of transfer of title to such Ship as the Security Agent may require.
Conveyance on default where a Mortgaged Vessel is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Mortgage or otherwise conferred on the Security Trustee, execute, forthwith upon request by the Security Trustee, such form of conveyance of such Mortgaged Vessel as the Security Trustee may require;
Conveyance on default and will procure that where a Vessel is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power conferred on the Bank, the Owner of such Vessel execute, forthwith upon request by the Bank, such form of conveyance of such Vessel as the Bank may require;
