Common use of Conveyance on default Clause in Contracts

Conveyance on default. where any Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other Creditor, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the Agent, such form of conveyance of such Ship as the Agent may require;

Conveyance on default. where any Ship the Vessel is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment Documents or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other CreditorTrustee, procure that the relevant Borrower shall to execute, forthwith upon request by the Agent, such form of conveyance of such Ship the Vessel as the Agent may require;

Conveyance on default. where any Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in any of the relevant Pre-delivery Ship Security Assignment Documents relating to such Ship (i.e. following the occurrence of an Event of Default which is continuing) or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any of the other CreditorCreditors, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the AgentAgent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders), such form of conveyance of such Ship as the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders) may require;

Conveyance on default. where any Borrower’s Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment relating to such Borrower’s Ship or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other CreditorAgent, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the Security Agent, such form of conveyance of such Ship as the Security Agent may require;

Conveyance on default. where any Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment relating to such Ship or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other CreditorBank, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the AgentBank, such form of conveyance of such Ship as the Agent Bank may require;

Conveyance on default. where any such Additional Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other CreditorAgent, procure that the relevant Borrower shall to execute, forthwith upon request by the Agent, such form of conveyance of such Additional Ship as the Agent may require;

Conveyance on default. where any Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other CreditorBank, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the AgentBank, such form of conveyance of such Ship as the Agent Bank may require;

Conveyance on default. where any Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other Creditor, execute and procure that the relevant Borrower Owner thereof shall execute, forthwith upon request by the Agent, such form of conveyance of such Ship as the Agent may require;; and

Conveyance on default. where any the Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment Mortgage or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other CreditorAgent, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the AgentSecurity Agent pursuant to the Security Assignment, such form of conveyance of such the Ship as the Security Agent may require;

Conveyance on default. where any Borrower Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other Creditor, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the Agent, such form of conveyance of such Borrower Ship as the Agent may require;

Conveyance on default. where any a Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment Mortgage or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other CreditorMortgagee, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the AgentSecurity Agent pursuant to the Security Assignment, such form of conveyance of such Ship as the Security Agent may require;

Conveyance on default. where any Ship is (or is to be) sold in exercise of any power contained in the relevant Pre-Pre- delivery Security Assignment or otherwise conferred on the Security Agent or any other Creditor, procure that the relevant Borrower shall execute, forthwith upon request by the Agent, such form of conveyance of such Ship as the Agent may require;
