CONVENTION ON BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY. 12.1 The Parties agree that they shall at all times comply with the Convention on Biological Diversity signed in 1992 at the Rio Earth Summit (“CBD”) in the implementation of this Agreement, to the extent the CBD is applicable.
