Common use of Controlling Documents Clause in Contracts

Controlling Documents. 646 The governing documents of the conduct of the FIDO Alliance shall be, in order of supremacy, its 647 Articles of Incorporation, its Bylaws, the most recent versions of this Agreement and any other 648 Policy Document as approved by the Board and published on the Membership portion of the 649 FIDO Alliance website. 650 Where the above documents do not specifically address an issue, then the most recently published 651 version of Xxxxxxx Rules of Order shall be the controlling document.
