Controlling Document. To the extent any of the terms or provisions in Exhibit A conflict with this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control. Any additional, different or conflicting terms or provisions contained in Exhibit A or any other written or oral communication from Provider shall not be binding in any way on the City whether or not such terms would materially alter this Agreement, and the City hereby objects thereto.
