Common use of Controller to Processor Clause in Contracts

The Parties agree that, in accordance with the Applicable Data Protection Legislation, UiPath is a controller of Personal Data who entrusts the processing of Personal Data to the Vendor, which acts as a processor. The Personal Data processing shall be performed under and within the Controller’s written instructions.
