Controller to Controller. Without prejudice to the meaning afforded to each Party under the Data Protection Laws, the intention of the Parties is that in respect of any Personal Data Processed by the Contractor under this Agreement, the Purchaser shall be the Data Controller and the Contractor shall be a Data Processor.
