Controller and Processor. For purposes of this Addendum, Customer is the controller of the Customer Personal Data and CCH is the processor of such data, except when Customer acts as a processor of Customer Personal Data, in which case CCH is a subprocessor. Customer and its Affiliates, as their respective controllers, shall determine the purposes of collecting and processing Customer Personal Data.
