Control of the Other Party’s Business. Nothing contained in this Agreement will give Parent, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of the Company or the Company Subsidiaries or will give the Company, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of Parent or its Subsidiaries prior to the Effective Time. Prior to the Effective Time, each of Parent and the Company will exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over its and its Subsidiaries’ respective operations.
Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Time, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.1 and Section 4.2) shall give UBSH, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of XBKS, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall give XBKS, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of UBSH. Prior to the Effective Time, each party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its Subsidiaries’ respective operations.
Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Time, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Sections 6.1, 6.2 or 6.3) shall give Buyer, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of SB or any SB Entity, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall give SB, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of Buyer or any Buyer Entity. Prior to the Effective Time, each Party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its Subsidiaries’ respective operations. 6.5
Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Date, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.4) shall give ANB directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of MFC, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall give MFC, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of ANB. Prior to the Effective Date, each party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its subsidiaries’ respective operations.
Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Date, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.3) shall give UBSH, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of FMB, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall give FMB, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of UBSH. Prior to the Effective Date, each party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its Subsidiaries’ respective operations.
Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Time, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Sections 6.1, 6.2 or 6.3) shall give Parent directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of PLMT, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall give PLMT, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of Parent. Prior to the Effective Time, each Party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its Subsidiaries’ respective operations.
Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Time, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.1 and Section 4.3) shall give American directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of HomeTown, and nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.2 and Section 4.3) shall give HomeTown, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of American. Prior to the Effective Time, each party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its subsidiaries’ respective operations.
Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Date, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.1 and Section 4.3) shall give American directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of MainStreet, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall give MainStreet, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of American. Prior to the Effective Date, each party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its subsidiaries’ respective operations.
Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Date, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.3) shall give Access, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of Middleburg, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall give Middleburg, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of Access. Prior to the Effective Date, each party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its Subsidiaries’ respective operations.
Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Time, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Sections 6.1, 6.2 or 6.3) shall give Buyer, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of GSB or any GSB Entity, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall give GSB, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of Buyer or any Buyer Entity. Prior to the Effective Time, each Party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its Subsidiaries’ respective operations.
