Common use of Contractor's Termination Clause in Contracts

The Contractor may terminate this Contract only if the City fails to pay the Contractor’s properly documented and submitted payment request within ninety (90) calendar days of the approval by the City’s Administrative Agent, or if the project is suspended by the City for a period greater than ninety (90) calendar days.
