No Claims for Consequential Damages. Client shall not in any action or proceeding, or otherwise, assert any claim for special, indirect or consequential damages against Stone Pillar on account of any loss, cause, damage or expense which Client may suffer or incur because of any act or omission of Stone Pillar in the performance of the Services hereunder and Client hereby expressly waives all such claims.
No Claims for Consequential Damages.
