Common use of Contractor’s Sales Authority; Purchase Orders; & Invoices Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Sales Authority; Purchase Orders; & Invoices. (a) CONTRACTOR’S SALES AUTHORITY. Pursuant to this Participating Addendum, Contractor is authorized to provide only those goods/services set forth in the Master Agreement as conditioned by this Participating Addendum. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser hereunder that it has any authority to sell any other materials, supplies, services and/or equipment.

Contractor’s Sales Authority; Purchase Orders; & Invoices. (a) CONTRACTOR’S SALES AUTHORITY. Pursuant to this Participating AddendumParticipation Agreement, Contractor is authorized to provide only those goods/goods and/or services set forth in the above-referenced contract category for the above-referenced Sourcewell Master Agreement as conditioned by this Participating AddendumParticipation Agreement. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser hereunder that it has any authority to sell any other materials, supplies, services goods and/or equipmentservices.
