Contractor’s General Responsibilities. 3.1 Contractor shall perform all services specifically allocated to it by the Contract Documents, BIM Execution Plan, “Facility Design Guidelines” as well as those services reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as necessary for completion of the Work and the Project. Contractor agrees to perform these services using its best efforts, skills, judgments and abilities.
