Contractor Standards. During the term of the Contract, the CONTRACTOR shall maintain business stability, integrity in employee relations and the financial ability to pay a living wage to its employees. If requested to do so by the COUNTY, the CONTRACTOR shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the COUNTY that the CONTRACTOR is complying with this requirement.
