Contractor Responsibility to Notify. Enrollee of Expected Effective Date of Enrollment The Contractor must notify the Enrollee of the expected Effective Date of Enrollment. In the event that the actual Effective Date of Enrollment is different from that given to the Enrollee the Contractor must notify the Enrollee of the actual date of enrollment. This may be accomplished through a Welcome Letter. To the extent practicable, such notification must precede the Effective Date of Enrollment.
