Contractor Response Time. Contractor shall arrive onsite to the Client Agency location as specified on the Client Agency purchase order (“PO”). In emergency situations as determined by the Client Agency, the Contractor shall respond within four (4) hours of the service request of the Client Agency.
Contractor Response Time. A representative of the Contractor, authorized to discuss matters related to this Contract, must be available during normal business hours, between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Contractor's representative must be available via cell phone and/or email during these designated times and must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
