Common use of Contractor Insurance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Contractor Insurance Requirements. During the term of this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall secure and maintain public comprehensive general liability, workers’ compensation, auto liability, Builders Risk and property damage insurance in amounts provided in the Information to Bidders, Instruction for Insurance article, to protect CONTRACTOR, the DISTRICT and its officers, agents, employees and governing board members from all claims for personal injury, including accidental death, as well as from all claims for property damage arising out of CONTRACTOR’s performance of this Contract.
