Contractor Facilities. Contractor will be responsible for procuring, managing, maintaining and otherwise making available all Contractor Resources necessary to provide the Services in accordance with the Requirements hereunder. Contractor shall not impact services through any relocation of any Contractor facilities providing services pursuant to this Contract (“Contractor Facilities”). No Contractor Facility shall be located outside the United States.

Unless SOCAR elects, within thirty (30) days to assume responsibility for and take delivery thereof, Contractor shall be free to dispose of any such equipment and facilities at the best price obtainable. Funds from such sales will be credited to the Petroleum Operations Account. ARTICLE X EARLY OIL PRODUCTION, FULL FIELD DEVELOPMENT AND MAIN EXPORT PIPELINE TARGET SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS
Contractor Facilities. 10.1 The Contractor will establish and maintain appropriate facilities for performing the Services and carrying out its obligations under this Contract. Such facilities will be maintained and upgraded during the Term to meet the Contractor’s obligations and the requirement to improve the level of service provided under this Contract. The Contractor’s facilities will be so located as to allow the Contractor to meet the required response times set out in this Contract.
Contractor Facilities. 13.1 The Contractor shall promptly establish and shall maintain, throughout the Term, appropriate facilities for performing the Services and carrying out its obligations under this Contract, including warehousing facilities for any necessary storage of any TC Equipment, Pooled Spares and/or spare or replacement parts it has purchased for carrying out of Capital Works, Maintenance and/or other Services. Such facilities shall be maintained and upgraded by the Contractor during the Term in order to ensure the Contractor is able to meet the Contractor’s obligations and any and all requirements to improve the level(s) of service provided for under this Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s facilities shall be located so as to allow the Contractor to meet the required response and fix times and Availability Targets set out in this Contract and the other Performance Measures.

Contractor Facilities. The contractor must have facilities within 35 miles of NSWCCD which meet the safeguarding requirements specified by DD FORM 254. The facilities shall be 8,000 square feet or greater consisting of large-scale computer system development, storage and shipping spaces. The facilities shall have at least 150kVA of uninterruptable power supply and 150 tons of nominal cooling.
