Contracting or Subcontracting. Any work that is allowed to be contracted or subcontracted under this Agreement shall be subject, by the terms of the contract or subcontract, to every provision of this Agreement. Compliance with this provision shall be the responsibility of the Party who arranged the contract or authorized the subcontract. Except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, no Party shall be liable or have a financial obligation to or for any contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or other person or entity with which the other Party contracts or has a contractual arrangement.

Contracting or Subcontracting. The employer shall not contract or subcontract any work that is normally performed by the Association that would cause a reduction of a member’s regularly scheduled work hours.   • Subcontracts The contractor or subcontractor shall insert in any subcontracts the clauses set forth in paragraph (1.) through (4.) of this section and also a clause requiring the subcontractors to include these clauses in any lower tier subcontracts.
