Additional Professional Compensation Clause Samples
The "Additional Professional Compensation" clause defines the circumstances under which a professional may receive payment beyond their standard fees. This clause typically outlines specific situations, such as extra work requested by the client, overtime, or specialized services that fall outside the original agreement, and details how such compensation will be calculated or approved. Its core function is to ensure that professionals are fairly compensated for work that exceeds the initial scope, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying expectations regarding extra payments.
