Common use of Contracting In Clause in Contracts

(a) Nothing in this Agreement prohibits the Employer from contracting with the Ministry of Transportation and Highways or any third party for the performance of work of any kind which requires the use of employees covered under this Agreement. It is further recognized that such an increase in business will lead to improved job security for the Employer's employees, and help to xxxxxx an atmosphere of improved cooperation and strengthened economic relationship between the Employer and its employees.
