Contract Version. A-E Lump Sum WSD 2014 This agreement is contingent upon Wheatland School District Board approval and will not be valid unless approved. THIS AGREEMENT, made in three copies on by and between Wheatland School District, California, hereinafter called Owner, and Owner intends to modernize project at Project Name. Owner desires to retain A-E to provide base drawings and site survey information, construction document, bidding, and construction phase services in connection with the Project as more fully described herein.

  • CONTRACT DATA The Consultant is advised to read the NEC3 Professional Service Contract (Third edition with amendments of June 2006 and April 2013) and the relevant Guidance Notes and Flow Charts, published by the Institution of Civil Engineers, in order to understand the implications of this Data which is required. Copies of these documents may be obtained from the Engineering Contract Strategies (telephone (▇▇) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇). Each item of data given below is cross-referenced to the clause in the NEC3 Professional Service Contract to which it mainly applies.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, and ▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.

  • Contract Closeout The Provider Agency shall comply with all requirements of Policy Circular P7.01, Contract Closeout, including the timely submittal of the Final Report of Expenditures and any other financial or programmatic reports required by the Department. All required documentation is due within 120 Days of Contract Expiration, Non-renewal or Termination.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.
