CONTRACT TERMINATION BY GEORGIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING. Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing may terminate this Contract and serve the Student written notice to vacate the premises for the following reasons:

CONTRACT TERMINATION BY GEORGIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING. Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing may terminate this Contract and take possession of any unit at any time for violation of the provisions contained herein or when it is in the best interest of Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing, Georgia Institute of Technology and/or the Student. No refunds will be granted to the Student in cases where the termination of the Contract is based upon disciplinary actions. The Student will be liable for the full Contract rate (Academic Year). Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing may terminate this Contract and serve the Student written notice to vacate the premises for the following reasons:
