CONTRACT TERM AND EXTENSIONS. The Contract will be in effect for a term of five (5) calendar years from the date of OGS approval of the first Contract awarded under IFB 23123. The Contract term shall commence after all necessary approvals and shall become effective upon mailing or electronic communication of the final executed documents to the Contractor (see Appendix B, Section 22 Contract Creation/Execution).
