Common use of Contract Sequence Clause in Contracts

Contract Sequence. a. If the employee’s initial contract is less than one year in length, and the employee is reemployed, the employee shall be reemployed on a two year contract. b. After the employee completes a two year contract, if the employee is reemployed, the limited contract shall be for a period of two years. c. At the end of the above contract sequence, if such contract is renewed, the employee shall be employed on a continuing contract.
